HeatSeal Glass
HeatSeal Glass
OKNA Windows use glass with heat reflective metallic coatings of microscopically thin layers of metal and metal oxide that work as a filter – some energy from the Sun is transmitted, but most heat is reflected. The metallic layer is designed to reflect both UV radiation and infrared radiation. UV wave length of light is responsible for fading of the furniture, flooring and draperies, and infrared radiation is responsible for your room getting hot in the summer. Therefore, not only LowE coatings reflect the harmful ultraviolet radiation, protecting you from the Sun, but it also helps keep your rooms cooler in the summer therefore making you more comfortable and lowering your HVAC costs.
