HeatSeal Spacer
A spacer is a part of the window that keeps two or three panes of glass apart. It also acts as a seal at the same time. It seals the gas space between panes of glass. Historically, spacers used to be made of metal and fiber that supposedly provided more strength and durability. However, metals, especially aluminum, are highly-conductive. They conduct cold during the winter and heat during the summer – both unwanted respectively in these seasons of the year.
OKNA HeatSeal Spacer and sealant system is made with six individual non-metallic parts. Made in the controlled factory settings, it comes ready to use, out of the box, no assembly and no adding other components. OKNA is using state-of-the-art robotic assembly line, in a one-step process where glass units are sealed using heat and compression. OKNA HeatSeal spacer assures that your home will get the windows with the warmest glass edge and the least amount of condensation possible.
